This is a classic wet-hulled coffee from Sumatra - the only region to practise this unique processing method. The unroasted beans are a deep green colour and has a higher density and moisture content than other coffees. The roasted result is rich, earthy and complex.

 

Please note: Never attempt to grind, green un-roasted beans.
