Package Your Items
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all coffee bags are sealed and equipment is protected.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
